Residents Meeting at Janapriya Metropolis
Dear Residents,
In last Meeting PM was absent and he informed before 2 days, Few important points discussed with Mr Akthar "Wing 3 Issues" , "Water Problem" ," Maintenance Issues" ,"Car parking allotment letters", "Occupation Certificate","Gas Station location","Sunday No cleaning - same story","Septic tank","No email reply from PM till now - for Monthly Meeting Points"
Point 1
Final:- Decided to pay only 800 for this month March - New Maintenance charges will applicable only after proper/valid justification
Reasons: Short Notice, Nobody is happy with current maintenance, Any revised charges should be informed at least before 2 months to all residents, For any new proposals communication with residents is mandatory
Point 2
Final :- Decided to pay 600 per month - this includes cleaning clothes, rooms & vessels - Extra works should taken care by the residents. Please don't entertain maids for high charges
For example: Many of our residents paying only 600/- ( 2 adults + 2 children) as mentioned above. Rest is on your bargaining skills with the maids.
Point 3
Final:- Unplanned Events should be taken care by our responsible residents - Volume needs to be strictly reduced after 10 "O" clock in the night.
Reasons: Society discipline, Old age people, Patients and will disturb Children Sleep after 10PM , Children Board exams are going on/ Semester Exams through out year for B.Sc, BTech & MTech..so on

Final:- South Gate Exit/Entry Way is re-opened for two wheelers again with huge demand of our residents - But with Two speed breakers and strict security checks. Workers should take wall side route to avoid traffic in children play area. Residents should inform security if they see workers coming towards children play area on two wheelers
